The times they are a-changin’.

This post seems to be older than 9 years—a long time on the internet. Dated info and offers may no longer apply. Some technical info might be outdated. Please feel free to post a comment with any updated info .

I’m catching up on  answers from my site and social profiles.  In today’s age I believe in having your own.. Even if you are on other platforms and yes there is a strategy for effective use of various platforms… But if you’re looking to host your own I recommend DREAMHOST… It’s there response to problems that may mean the difference to  the small business owner. Even with careful monitoring I left a comment open on a former joomla site and on Thanksgiving these guys solved it! Trust me it matter how GREAT your support system is. I love JOOMLA but it ‘s too damn difficult to maintain. So go with their WordPress install. Choose a Responsive theme, (There are a couple free ones). They make for it easy for mobile integration and customization… as for shopping cart  I’ve used shopperpress and jigoshop both has pros and cons this site uses teh free Jogoshop…

Here is a code to the DREAMHOST Domain hosting Plan, a Discount of $28.00 off 1 year domain hosting (usually $119.00) Plus This promo code adds 1 extra FREE lifetime domain registration to any plan you sign up to! This is unlimited hosting great for multiple sites!  I do offer web set up and training  but  creatives can consider signing up for our “Commit to Success” program (WordPress installation workshop and set up is included) .
